Every order is invoiced in euros on a pro-forma invoice, and the invoice number ties your payment to your order. You can pay in one of three ways.
An international (SWIFT) or SEPA transfer against the pro-forma invoice. Our bank details are on the invoice and in the buyer portal.
An irrevocable documentary letter of credit, confirmed on request. The beneficiary is as stated on the pro-forma invoice, and we agree the terms with you before your bank issues the credit.
USDC and USDT on Ethereum, Polygon or Tron, invoiced in EUR at the live rate. In the buyer portal you choose the coin and network, and get a payment address and the exact amount for your invoice.
Licensed importers, distributors, pharmacies and other professional buyers who hold the licences required in their own market. Applications without a valid licence are not approved.
Your company details, your licence number and a copy of your licence (PDF, JPG or PNG), your expected monthly volume and a contact person. Everything is submitted through the form on this page.

We handle the Moroccan side: export under ANRAC authorisation 54/A8/0223, regulatory paperwork, controlled packaging and transport up to your customs clearance point. You are responsible for the import licence and permits your country requires.
Air freight delivery typically takes up to one week once the paperwork for a shipment is in place.
